What is the turnaround time for custom PCB fabrication in Pakistan?
For rapid double-sided and multilayer prototype batches (up to 4-layers), our standard manufacturing turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from Gerber file verification to delivery in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Faisalabad.
Can ISOL design the schematic and PCB layout from a scratch idea or circuit sketch?
Yes! You don't need existing Gerber files. If you only have a block diagram, Arduino/ESP32 prototype, or napkin sketch, our hardware engineers can capture the full schematic, design the multilayer PCB layout in Altium Designer, perform DFM audits, and manufacture the final boards.
What files do I need to submit to get a fabrication quote?
To get an immediate quote, export your design as a Gerber RS-274X zip file containing Top/Bottom Copper, Solder Mask, Silkscreen, Board Outline (GKO/GM1), and Excellon Drill file (.DRL/.TXT). You can send the .zip directly via WhatsApp to +92 310 4505008.
